The Deep State’s War on Syria

The United States’ war in Syria seems to be ending and Syria and President Assad are the clear winners. It was understood that the proxy rebel groups that the Department of Defense supported to the tune of $1 billion in military contracts, were moderate, mostly Kurdsish People’s Protection Units (YPG), and they were supposed to be fighting ISIS, but this turned out not to be the case. Instead, the Kurds, under the guise of fighting ISIS, used violence and American weapons to undermine Assad in Syria during his attempts to create stability in Syria.

Bulgarian reporter Dilyana Gaytandzhieva documented 350 Silk Way diplomatic flights carrying hundreds of tons of weapons for terrorists, implicating a slew of European and Middle Eastern Countries but most importantly implicating the United States. Several anti-Assad rebel groups armed by the the US army and US Special Operations Command were known Al Nusra, terrorists.

It is interesting to note that the terrorists were supplied with non-US standard weapons, so the arms would be harder to trace. This implies that they knew that the arms were going to people who would commit crimes they did not want to be connected to. Fortunately, Dilyana Gaytandzhieva made those connections and the United States CIA, under Mike Pompeo was forced to withdraw funding for the Kurdish militants. (2)

Documents leaked from the Bulgarian Embassy showed on May 12, 2015 an American Supply Chain Logistics Company, Purple Shovel, sent 26 tons of weapons from the manufacturer in Bulgaria to the buyer Azerbaijan stopping in Turkey on the way. The weapons never reached their destination, instead they were offloaded in Turkey and rerouted to terrorist groups in northern Syria. Purple Shovel signed a $26.7 million contract with the Department of Defense less than a year earlier.

Other documents showed, in March of 2017 6 of 350 diplomatic flights carried 300 tons of grenades on to People’s Protection Units (YPG) in northern Syria, who have been know to fight alongside al Nusra terrorist.

Another instance of United States arming terrorist, a YouTube video showed longtime al Nusra terrorist ally called Division 13 using mortars, which were supposedly sent to US arms hub, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Saudi Arabia also perpetrated the same illegal arms trafficking schemes. Saudi officials admitted to sending non-standard issue weapons to terrorist groups in Syria and Yemen using Silk Way Airlines.

So we have multiple OPEC nations arming terrorist by selling arms to Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense, that never reach Azerbaijan. Instead the are redirected to terrorists.

An international community, countries such as Russia, Iran and China stepped in to defend Assad, John McCain and Obama declared Syrian airspace a no fly zone. That means no flying for Syria, Russia, Iran, and China, enemies of the United States in Syria and competition in the Petroleum trade (all non-OPEC nations).

They could not overthrow Assad or drive a wedge between him and the people of Syria. They repeatedly tried to blame President Bashar al Assad for chemical attacks on unarmed civilians, allegations he denied and evidence to the contrary was widely documented and reported by Seymour Hersh.

The war is not truly over. There is still a war for the Syrian oil fields and there is reason to believe that battle is moving to Deir Ezzour. Assad said, Syria with the help of Russia would defend all land west of the Euphrates, which includes the highly coveted oil town, Deir Ezzour, on the West bank of the Euphrates, where Assad currently lays siege to the ISIS controlled city. (4)

Assad is not the only one with Deir Ezzour in his sights. The Syrian Emergency Task Force (SETF), an American, anti-Assad organization, which openly calls for Assad’s assassination and Kurdish military uprising in Syria also wants control of Syria’s oil fields as a possible way to fund the War on Syria without the United States funding. The Director of the SETF, Mouaz Moustafa tweeted:

“Deir Ezzour must not be allowed to be occupied by the Assad Regime/Iran if we want to eradicate ISIS and extremism from #Syria #Iran”

The United States froze the Assad family’s US assets in April, 2017, in a new sanctions package, which in light of the mischievous misuse of American weapons and disgusting disregard for Syrian life, should be immediately lifted and profuse apologies on behalf of the CIA should be made. (3)
